Do you offer exchanges?Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time due to inventory constantly changing. You can return like normal and repurchase the correct size with the store credit issued.

My tracking is showing my item(s) was delivered, but I can't locate the item(s). What should I do?If your tracking information says your item(s) were delivered, you should contact the mail carrier immediately for more information.

What if I receive a damaged item?Please email us at ivyandautumnshop@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage within two days of receipt of your order.

What if my package was returned to sender?If your package was returned to sender because of an incorrect address and/or address discrepancy, we will not be held responsible. However, when the item is successfully returned to us, we will contact you about shipment.

What is your return policy?We value our customers and strive to provide quality products and service. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our return policy below. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service team via email (ivyandautumnshop@gmail.com) within the return window to initiate a return. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue store credit for the amount of your returned item(s), excluding any original shipping fees. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or a credit to your online account. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
